Adding a new Learner
- Click on the 'Learners' Tab and select 'Add New'
- Fill in the Learner's Details and hit Save.
Updating Learner Information
- Search and select the Learner profile on your Manage Learners page.
- Update their Personal Details under 'Edit' option
- Update their Location (add/remove) and Training Details under 'Training' Option
- In this section you can also view their Training history and the number of reminder emails sent to them.
Deactivating/Reactivating Learner Accounts
- Search and select the Learner profile on your Manage Learners page.
- Click on 'Deactivate/Reactivate' at the top right hand side of their profile.
