Logging in as a Learner
To log in as a learner, go to the PlanSafe link that has been provided to you and you should see the login screen. When logging in, enter your email and/or mobile as outlined on the login page:
Once you've entered your information, you will receive an access code to the email address or mobile number that you entered. Once you've received this code, enter it into the next screen and hit Verify:
If you are an existing user, you will then be logged in! If you are a new user, you will be prompted to fill out some account information. Please note that this information is dynamic and may differ depending on your PlanSafe configurations and organisational requirements, after which you will be logged in.
Logging in as an Administrator
To log into your PlanSafe Administrator account, navigate to the PlanSafe platform and click the "Login as admin" button at the top left of the login box.
On the next screen, enter your provided Username, or the email address associated with your Administrator account. After which, enter your password and login.
Troubleshooting login issues
I've forgotten my Administrator password, what do I do?
No stress! If you go to the Administrator login page, you can click on the Forgot password button to reset that one.
I'm supposed to log in with my organisation's account, how do I do this?
If your PlanSafe portal has Single Sign-On (SSO) set up, you will see an additional login button on the learner page similar to the below. If you click on this button and follow the prompts to log in with your organisation's account, you will be logged into PlanSafe.
I'm getting an error that says "This account is required to use PlanSafe via your Learning Management System"
If you're seeing this error, it means that the email or mobile you are trying to sign in with is already registered with an account that uses a Learning Management System (LMS). This typically means that you are required to complete your training through your organisation's learning platform. If you no longer have access to the learning platform you previously used to complete your training, contact Locatrix Support by clicking the "Email us" button and we can help you out with that one.
I'm having a different issue
