If you've come across this error message, then it is likely due to third-party cookies being disabled on your browser, which PlanSafe requires to function correctly with your LMS.
To enable third-party cookies in your browser, follow the steps below for the browser you are using.
Microsoft Edge
- When in Edge, select More (...) and click Settings.
- In Settings, click Cookies and site permissions on the left-hand side of the window.
- Click Manage and delete cookies and site data.
- Ensure that Block third-party cookies is turned off.
Google Chrome
- Type chrome://settings/content into your address bar, and hit Enter.
- Scroll down and click on Third-party cookies.
- Ensure that Allow third-party cookies is selected.
Safari
- With Safari open, go to Settings > Privacy.
- Ensure that the Block all cookies option is not ticked.
Please note that if any of these options are unable to be changed, that this means these settings are managed by your organisation. If this is the case, we recommend contacting your IT department.
