Similar to assigning the navigations to campuses and turning the content on/off, each course also needs to have navigations assigned to it to determine what content will show for each course. This is helpful in cases where you have content that is relevant for one course but not for others, for example, Evacuation Procedures for an ECO Induction course.
To do this, go to the Navigations menu under Manage Courses. From this page you will be able to assign or unassign any content to a campus. Each content assignment to a campus is represented by a coloured box.
A Green Box means that the navigation is assigned to the course.
A Red Box means that the navigation is not assigned to the course.
To assign/unassign navigations, press the 'A'/'U' keys on your keyboard or click on the Assign/Unassign buttons on the top-right toolbar.
